Refunds & Returns Policy

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final.

Legal Exception — Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is received damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via our Contact Form and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of original packaging and shipping label

If we approve the claim, we may issue store credit (coupon) equal to the product value. We do not issue cash refunds.

Non-Eligible Situations

Store credit will not be issued if:

  • The product was used or clearly altered
  • The customer waited more than 24 hours to report the issue
  • Damage was caused by the customer
  • Required proof (photos) is not provided

How to Submit a Claim

Submit claims using our Contact Form and include the requested proof. Claims submitted via social media or comments will not be accepted.
