This Refund & Return Policy governs all purchases made through
Royal Sale LLC.
Due to the nature of kitchen utensils, skincare products, cosmetic items, hygiene-sensitive merchandise, and personal-use goods, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated herein.
Royal Sale LLC maintains a strict 5-calendar-day return request window beginning from the recorded delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.
Return requests submitted after this period may be denied without exception.
To be eligible for review, items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Opened, used, tested, damaged, altered, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund due to health, sanitation, safety, and consumer protection standards.
Cosmetic, skincare, clearance, discounted, promotional, bundled, and personal-care products are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.
Royal Sale LLC reserves the right to request photographic evidence, packaging verification, and additional documentation before approving any claim.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses unless otherwise required by law.
Original shipping charges, handling fees, payment processing costs, and non-recoverable merchant expenses are non-refundable.
Returned items received damaged, incomplete, used, improperly packaged, or inconsistent with the original order may be rejected or subject to partial credit at the sole discretion of Royal Sale LLC.
As part of our customer service process, Royal Sale LLC may first offer:

- Partial store credit
- Promotional credit

- Product exchanges
before considering any monetary refund.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that store credit or replacement solutions may be provided instead of cash reimbursement whenever legally permissible.
Approved store credits or promotional credits may contain expiration dates, minimum purchase conditions, category restrictions, or non-transferability requirements.
Refunds, if exceptionally approved, will only be issued to the original payment source after returned merchandise has been received, inspected, verified, and accepted by Royal Sale LLC.
Refund review timelines may vary depending on banking institutions and payment verification procedures.
Chargebacks, fraudulent claims, abuse of refund policies, excessive return patterns, or misuse of promotional offers may result in:
