We sell stainless steel kitchen products. Product photos and descriptions are for general reference only. Slight variations in color, finish, or dimensions may occur.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Prices may change without notice.
• Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. We use third-party payment processors who may require identity or fraud verification.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier availability, customs, and other delays. Once an item is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

All Sales Final (No Returns or Refunds)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or provide refunds.

Legal Exception

If consumer protection law requires a remedy for defective goods, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery using our website contact form and include:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of packaging and shipping label

If the claim is approved, we may issue store credit (coupon) only. Monetary refunds will not be issued.

Incorrect Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for carrier errors once the package is marked shipped.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Sale LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Warranty Disclaimer

Products are sold “as-is” with no express or implied warranties except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

Binding Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted remotely or in Wyoming, USA. You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or representative actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
